Watching Me, Watching You

All of these were shot at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. This is more my personal style – they give me a lot of runway to work with. I decided early on I wanted blurry people to express lots of movement, so I found spots that I liked and just waited for the crowds to show up. These shots are long exposures, so the people created drama all on their own just by walking through the shot. I used to follow the crowds around, but now I’m a bit wiser. Now, I get the frame I like and then I wait for the people to show up and do their part.
